The 1962 Milo Boot

This boot is made of soft suede nubuck and fully lined in breathable leather which wicks away moisture. The structure of the shoe provides flexible stability without weight to support your baby's first steps.

Our great grandfather Milo designed this boot in 1962 after years of working in the footwear industry. At the time, most children's shoes had a stiff, heavy sole that was sewn to the uppers. Milo looked at the little feet of his grandchildren, who were just learning to walk, and realized they needed a soft, light, flexible sole.

He designed this boot with a wide opening that's easier to put on squirmy toes, especially for littles who tend to curl their feet. We updated Milo's classic design with a hand-cut "V" notched out of the back to make the on and off even easier.
